Counterfeit Detector Instructions



Plug unit in to 110 volt a/c power source

Find a stable platform for it to be kept on

Turn on power switch



Demonstration of uses





Cash

1. Place a new Super Bill of any denomination (these are the newest bills

that are in circulation) in the machine

2. You will notice that the embedded denomination "strip" will illuminate the

matching color that is marked on the detector, This is positive proof

that the bill is authentic.

3. For demonstration purposes take a real bill and make a photocopy of it.

When you place it in the machine you will notice that there is no

strip that illuminates and the bill will glow a blue white (think of

going in to a disco and wearing a white shirt and how it would glow under

black light).

This is the same effect a photo copy or ink jet printer will have on

"Bond" photocopy paper. If you take a counterfeit pen and use it on newspaper

it will show good, so don't

be fooled by feeling safe using the counterfeit pen (this is good for

demonstration, .

When using a real bill, the paper is made from a high cotton fiber that

absorbs light in stead of reflecting it, so it will most likely be good

This is especially helpful when looking at old bills. These will not

change color. They may slightly, especially if they have been exposed

to water or sweat, this will have some effect on the reaction, but if

there is a severe reaction, it is most likely a bad bill.





Credit Cards

1. Place a good credit card in the machine

2. You will notice that there is a "Blue Hologram" in embedded in the card

Visa will be the matching bird

Master Charge will have MC towards the bottom edge

Discover will have "Novus"

American Express has AMEX across the card

3. If the card does not have these holograms, they are not authentic do not

accept them.

4. If it is an ATM card with no cash attached to it will not have a

hologram.





Travelers Checks

1. Place a travelers check in the machine.

2. You will notice that there is a hologram in one or 2 places

NO HOLOGRAM??, NO GOOD!!

Drivers Licenses

Many states are putting holograms in their licenses, California has a double

image and 3 holograms (only one the newest being sent out).

This machine will work on foreign currency as well (holograms)
